Wouldn't you rather have us laser cut 147 pieces of plywood for you vs spending all day in the wood shop? Not only is each part dimensionally perfect and engraved with reference marks to aid assembly, the tight nesting increases yield per sheet. @catoscustomupholstery will be finishing these into a bunch of C10 cup holders.

Laser Cut Custom Gaskets

Laser cut custom exhaust gaskets digitized from @catoscustomupholstery supplied cardboard templates. It's not a huge deal for this size but we don't use a simple photo to create our drawings due to lense distortion on larger templates. We do a full color scan with our 3d scanner over a reference grid to double check scale.
