Laser cut custom exhaust gaskets digitized from Cato’s Custom Upholstery supplied cardboard templates. It’s not a huge deal for this size but we don’t use a simple photo to create our drawings due to lens distortion on larger templates. We do a full color scan with our 3d scanner over a reference grid to double check scale.
